Refund policy

• First 14 days: not for you? Email us within 14 days of your first charge and we refund it, no questions asked.
• Renewals: monthly renewals are generally not refunded — cancel before the renewal date instead (your products keep working until the period ends). If a renewal charged you by surprise, write to us; we are reasonable.
• How: email support@bigbrain-technology.com or reply to any receipt email. Refunds land on the original payment method via Stripe.

A refunded subscription deactivates all of its license keys.

This policy covers product subscriptions only. Donations to BigBrain LLC are irrevocable, unconditional gifts and are non-refundable — the full terms are stated on the donation page before payment.
