The Sun's apparent position, to the accuracy the GSE frame definition needs.

Only the ecliptic longitude and the obliquity enter the transformations — GSE's X axis is the Earth–Sun DIRECTION, so the Sun's distance is irrelevant and its ecliptic latitude is zero by construction of the ecliptic.
